I now have several pairs in different colors. The fabric looks like linen but is less fussy. I machine wash them (gentle cycle) and hang them to dry, give them a quick iron and they look great. They’re light, cool and comfy. My only criticism is that they need another button. I’m pretty tall and the tightest button still leaves them hanging mid-boob. It’s awkward. I’ve cut the buttons and repositioned them. Still, they’re a good product. After buying my first pair, I ordered a couple of other similar overalls from different companies because they were cheaper. The fabric was super cheap and was visibly low quality. I returned to Automet because the fabric really does mimic linen, is heavier and sturdier.
