I like the boots. Stylish, comfortable and seems sturdy. Also, it goes up high enough to cover my ankle socks. Just bear in mind that they fit a half to a full size smaller. I normally wear a 5.5/6 in boots but these were way too small and narrow that my feet were really cramped and barely fit. Had to exchange for a size larger and wider. Since they're Naturalizer, I hope they'll last longer than the Skechers boots I used to wear.I was considering sending them back but the heel does slip a little bit on one foot so I'm nervous about getting a size six. I bought them to wear next month when I go to Europe and expect to do a lot of walking. Not sure if they are going to be good for that. I thought they would be more comfortable. I haven't worn them outside yet just in case I want to send back.My size is a 9N and it is am very happy with these. First, they came in narrow - hard to find in boots. And they truly are narrow and fit my foot well. The heel on the left bothered me the first day I wore them, but not again after that. I am very happy with these and may get them in black too.I got a size 10, I'm usually a smidge bigger than 9.5. The ball of the foot is narrow, the heel is perfect width but the shoe itself seems like a 9.5 that I might pass on when trying on in the store. I'll work on breaking them in but there's no way I'll be comfortable in them until then. These boots are best on a narrow foot. I am breaking them in but they do take a while to adjust. I think that's normal for leather boots, but someone with a wider foot would prob deal with blistering. Length-wise they are true to size.So disappointed. It's so hard to find cute boots that are also comfortable. I need comfort, and I thought these would do the trick. My foot measures a 9.5, and I always go up, especially for boots. My heel was rubbing so badly on these, and it really bites, because they are super cute! I don't think it's just a matter of breaking them in, even though they are just slightly too small. I think they would be uncomfortable, even if I went up a size.EDITED TO ADD: I had to pay shipping on the return...$12! :-(Been using them for 3 hours to stretch them out and I'm starting to feel them more comfortable. They are not as soft as I would have liked but they look very nice. The gave me horrible blisters when they first arrived, I kept wearing them to finally stretch them out to fit. Not sure why this happened, but it was less than expected from Amazon.Son cómodas y excelentes muy bonitas, realmente era lo que esperaba feliz por la compra que realice en cuanto a precio!!
